No, Davon's watch is the starting location for the Daggerfall Covenant. Dominion players start in Vulkhel Guard, while Ebonheart players start on Bleakrock.PS4 / NA

Once you finish the main quest line for your alliance, you then start the silver the gold quest line which is the quests int he other alliances. If you are EP you then do DC then AD. So yes, you can do all the quests for all the alliances.

Davon's watch is a start area for Ebonheart. Bleakrock, then Bal Foyen, then Davon's watch.No, Davon's watch is the starting location for the Daggerfall Covenant. Dominion players start in Vulkhel Guard, while Ebonheart players start on Bleakrock.
Daggerfall Covenant's start area is Stros Mkai island, then Betnikh, then Glenumbra.
Aldmeri Dominion's start area is Kenarthi Roost then Vulkhel Guard.
