Relink psn eso accounts

I read in the internet that a few people unlinked eso and psn accounts and had trouble to relink to another psn account... I need to do this but i am afraid to unlink and not be able to relink to another... Any one did this with success?

I have a US psn account linked, but i need to relink to a Brazillian psn account.... Also, i bought the game in the psn store with the US account, wil i be able to relink to another?
