Simple Costumes for Crown Store

Currently, there are few simple costumes in the crown store. By simple, I mean attire commonly worn by npcs. Clothes that are used for daily wear in Tamriel. I am aware that we have a few disguises obtainable by quests, but these are not quite what I am looking for. I am also aware that there is daily wear available with the Justice system, but these items are not cosmetic and take up actual equip slots. I want my characters to cosmetically wear daily wear, yet benefit from my actual gear.



Dresses like this is what I am referring to. I realize we have the wedding dress (and the upcoming evening dress) in the crown store, but these are too flashy for my taste, with big sleeves and shoulders.

Hopefully we will see daily wear in the crown store soon.

Nereid chicks are bangin'.

Seriously though, would love to have something like that for my bosmer sorceress (the nereid outfit), would go well with a nature themed character.

yea not really understanding why the NPCs get all the cool outfits and the rest of us look like we belong in a convent.

I am aware of those, as I have all the disguises in the game. I just wish for the clothes npcs wear available to us.

You can steal normal clothes from containers and you can color them.

Uhm if for RP then all of the dresses the OP posted are available if you steal them.

Could show you if this board allowed pictures from dropbox to show.

Wanna dress like a ***? Go back to Skyrim. Better they at lest attempt to keep gear looking like actual clothes and armor.

Did you even read the post? I state that I am aware there are clothes you can steal, but I do not wish to wear them for rp. I wish to wear these garments cosmetically so I can still benefit from my actual gear - hence the crown store.

I would prefer there to be a Tailoring Craft (http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/167833/eso-tailor-a-new-merchant-and-skill-concept), not just costumes.

Yes, they are in appearance but are real clothes. What the OP wants, and I agree, is costume that ranges from everyday to dressy that can be worn even while adventuring and not replace armor. I'm on board for that but a bit leery as well. Since costume is not dyeable I am concerned. The folk designing clothes have no fashion sense and even less color sense. The clothes I retrieve from cabinets are ordinary in design and, as found, could do double duty as a Mardi Gras costume. I really long for something a bit more elegant for town wear and serviceable comfort for wandering the wilderness.
