I've spoken to customer service starting three days ago. After the second email (a generic email that had nothing to do with my issue) the emails stopped coming. I need to change my current guild name due to a dumb spelling error.
The current name is Bloodknight Calvary
The new name needs to be Bloodknight Cavalry.
If the new one isn't available, the guild's voted on two other options, but I haven't heard back from customer service in over 32 hours and counting.
The guild would love some help, thanks.
