No audio cue for off-bar Ultimate?

Just noticed that there is no audio cue for when the ultimate on your off-bar is up. I know the PC version has mods that will notify you but can we at least get an audio cue for consoles?
It's especially problematic when using Soul Harvest on main bar for the sole purpose of charging your off-bar ultimate quicker. You have to keep weapon swapping just to check if it's up.
