Eso Plus needs more XP

I could rattle a wish list since I am paying for it, but the 10% xp and gold bonus is nothing, raise it to at least 25-30%

I do agree that it would be nice to raise it but I don't think I'd raise it that much. Maybe 20% max.

One of the reasons I stopped playing is because most of my chars are below vet level 1. I am a completionist and outlevel the content even without that 10%. When ZOS puts out content I actually want to play, I'll subscribe again. I'm not sure Imperial City qualifies.

Now I'd be more inclined to subscribe if I could opt out of that 10% gain with my low level characters and opt in with my vet level one(s).

They will lower needed XP for veteran levels and increase XP gain in related areas in the next big patch.

I would also resub if the EXP boost was 20%+, but I'd also like to see other sub benefits like priority queuing for Cyrodiil. As it stands, a 10% EXP boost and some coins to spend on nothing that interests me... doesn't appeal.

I HAVE resubbed to SWTOR since I'm a casual player who loves story content. They're offering an insane 1200% EXP boost (for main class quests only), allowing me to experience a really tightly told and well paced story, not having to bother with filler quests and planetary quests. I play 30-60 minutes every two or three days, complete a bit more of the main story, and never forget where I am in the story or feel bogged down by needing to grind to hit the next main chapter's level requirement.

Obviously 1200% wouldn't work for TESO at all. But 20-30% would be enough to allow me to enjoy the main storylines and exploration, and not feel like I have to do all the repetitive filler quests along the way. As a casual player, that would be the extra incentive I need to resub.

I don't think so, it sounds like Pay to Win. As a ESO Plus member, you are receiving crowns every month, so you can buy some potions with 2 hours XP boost (and yes, maybe, someone could call it also as a "Pay to Win"..).

I disagree. This is an MMO RPG. You are meant to grind. Giving you a massive XP boost takes away from the game and then you reach End Game after 1 week and there is nothing to keep you playing. People that complain about the time things take shouldn't be playing an MMO RPG. It's not going to happen.

How about a means to switch it OFF for those of us who hate out-levelling content? Seriously, the levelling curve is way ahead of the content as it is and I actually find myself trying to avoid doing stuff (like delves and random quests I find) to try not to outlevel an area.....

We really need to have the option to just switch off adventuring xp for those of us who like to enjoy the journey instead of rushing to the 'endgame'.

Besides which, as a player who has had a continuous sub since launch I feel I should at least have been given the choice - I did not want or ask for extra xp - isn't choice supposed to be what it's all about?

Yes it would be great to raise the amount of bonus XP to 20% but we all know ZOS will not do that for us people paying monthly, yearly but if they see this and decide to buff up the amount then I think more people will buy it.

ESO Membership is 10% exp boost, access to DLC without buying (like we had any) and 1500 crowns every month.
At the cost fo those 1500 crowns. Its cheaper to buy 5500 crowns one-timely than subscribe for 3 months to get those from membership. So, since they changed buy2pay2play to buy2play, only reason for membership is game support.

Even if first three-four months we paid for bugs and bots and butts.
It'll be only fair if they increase exp bonus to 20%.

True but that will benefit everyone and i have to agree with OP that those of us that are Eso Plus member should get more benefits for in the end only big different between Eso Plus member and none Eso Plus member is those 10% for now everyone can buy Pledge of Mara in Crown store so the can get the Rings of Mara so why not gave Eso Plus member 20% instead of 10% that way you get something worth something.

No, it doesn't need to be raised. You need to play the game more. My friend and I started playing at about the same time, I'm level 16 and he's 43. Neither of us have ESO Plus, and he spends time on one character and plays more straight hours per day, whereas I play three characters and don't spend as much straight time on the game. As you can see, it's stupidly easy to level up WITHOUT a subscription, it doesn't need to be made any easier.

Well you can say what you want but when both of you hit VR 1 you know what people here is ask for sure lvl 1 to 50 is easy as pie to lvl up but after that it is pain trust me.

No! Please, I have enough trouble dealing with this 5 level limitation in zones get rid of that then fine but I want more freedom from a TES title.

People wanting more xp just seem to be in a rush to get to end game and that just kinda ruins the game for real TES and MMO fans imo.

A raise would be nice for xp gained, but maybe not as far as 25%, I think 15-20% would be fine. That being said, I think there should be other benefits aside from what we get, it seems like what they have isn't all that much of an incentive for most or for the majority.

I don't know what needs to improve for the plus membership, but exp isn't it. Probably up the number of crowns from 1500 to 2000?
