Fit to Rule Quest Puzzling

In in a stage of the "Fit to Rule" quest in Grahtwood and I'm at a stage where its asking me to find a "Rajhim's Mantle" It's a rather large area circumscribed by a circle full of hills and valleys. I've looked everywhere for this "mantle" and can't find it. Is it a drop from a MOB? What am I looking for?
