Why do bosses in dungeons take SO long to respawn

Inactive Account✭✭✭✭I believe part of the answer goes back to when there use to be Large groups of Bots camped out at the bosses farming gear; way back, just after launch.
It was so bad that even when they did spawn and you tried to get at least one hit in to get the loot, you could not because the bots were to fast.Edited by Inactive Account on July 3, 2015 4:53PM0
