✭✭✭1. Happens all the time, especially on my Sorc. Not on my NB or DK though.
2. He CC broke too quickly and when you do that, even though you get the "swirly feet" animation, you're still sliding on the ground.
Fast reflexes are bad. This mechanic is there to discourage fast reactions. ZOS base their game around the same reflex speed as my 82yo grandma who has arthritis.

✭✭✭✭✭1. You went to use your Storm Atronach and got stunned/interrupted causing the cast to fail. Note: I agree this shouldn't wipe your ultimate pool, but I'm guessing ZoS's mechanics are set up that an interrupted target has their resources expended.
2. You got Rekt by toppling charge / biting jabs spammer
It happens to the best. I'm not sure why we get the slide on the ground bug, but it happens and it is very annoying.
3. You need to empty your mailbox!Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.0
