Vamp and werewolf, increasing the level from 10-15

So we can only go to 10 in both, why not increase it to say 15 and allow for more morphs. People complain they can never find a bite, morph to having a 4 day waiting period...

Certain forms get an increased duration, speed etc..

at 15 you could get an extra active power or perhaps morph your ultimate to having either an increased duration or in vampires take on the vampire lord form.

You can already morph your ultimate as a Vamp/WW. So are you asking for a second ultimate that turns you into a Vampire lord? Because you aren't a Vampire lord your a Scion of the blood matron. Lore wise it wouldn't make sense, but it doesn't make sense for everyone to be a scion but here we all are.

honestly a new skill line for the vampire lord would be a good way to go.

Vampire Lord is a different strand of vampirism that originates from Northwestern Skyrim; Volkihar Vampires. While Lord Harkon is alive in this time period, he's not around to bite anyone to give them the gift. Vampire Lord wouldn't make sense with the current lore.

vamp lord could be cool and make it similar to the WW ulti
but then ofc all the current vamp skills and ulti would dissapear, and I do love my devouring swarm and elusive mist
