VR15 and 16 added but overall exp required to get any VR reduced so it now takes less exp to get from VR1 to VR16 than it is now to get from VR1 to VR14.

Craglorn exp increased by 20%, public dungeon exp increased 2 times?

When blocking you will have 0 stamina regen because minority of pvp junkies were whining so they have to ruin PVE for majority of players.

Alway like that since the release…

Note that most of the announcement will change in the pts, it's a first idea (especially for pvp change).

They're increasing to VR16. Armageddon will be over us soon.

Liking my options as a stamina sorc been playing one for ages still feel they should offer tweak the bound armors makr armaments offer both armor and resist but make them polar opposite like 1800 armor and 1000 spell resist and reverse it for bounf ageis 1000 armor and 1800 spell resist cuz atm the defense addition is a lil pitiful in damage mitigation

Hey at least nirn honed is gettin' fixed!

All in all I'm fine with it all save nerfing us tanks. With these changes though SPELLCRAFTING becomes even more imperative, need that restore stamina spell......
