Will of the Council

Is there a certain level that will unlock "Will of the Council", aka the final quest for the Fighters Guild? I have completed the first 4 quests, all I have left is "Will of the Council."

If not, please tell me what I am doing incorrect! Thanks

Nope, there is not a certain level requirement. But you need to be mages guild rank 5. Once you have reached it and you visit any mages guild in any town, an npc will summon you and give the quest.

Yep, except exchange Mages Guild for Fighters Guild. Will of the Council requires Fighters Guild Rank 5.

I accidentally abandoned the quest and I can't find a it to get it back. Any ideas?

@Turbobubble666 If you abandon the quest, Bera Moorsmith should appear at every Fighters Guild hall wanting to give it to you again. You could also go straight to the Fighters Guild in Rawl'kha/Evermore/Riften and take the quest straight from Aelif.
