This increases healing effects by 15% for Rite of Passage, Cleansing Ritual and Rune Focus... does it also do this for the morphs of those base spells?
The implication is probably but not certainly, does anyone know for sure?

Yes. All healing abilities under Restoring Light with the exception of Repentance will have an increase if the target is in the area of one of these.Edited by Animal_Mother on July 3, 2015 3:34AM
