After being subjected to handholding a 3 DAY download I now find I cannot even access the game as, when I try to log on, it asks me to enter the access code that has been emailed to me. However, NO email is ever sent.
Please sort this - I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that I have had such issues just trying to access this game. It has really taken the gloss off.
