Make Dyes ACOUNT WIDE
So I'm royally pissed over the fact I spent an entire week on the Dolmens to get the achievement for Daedric Red dye on my Nord but I went to make another character and I need to go through that again to get that dye for that character as well? This definitely needs changed. I've never played an MMO where I had to unlock dye for each and every individual character, thats wrong.
