Enchant set bonuses

Just a random thought that I came up while I was doing some crafting.
There wouldn't need to be any kind of research involved, just make it so only certain enchant crafting levels can do them. Let's face it, leveling enchanting already takes more effort than any other type so adding research times would be redundant.
Obviously they would need to be small buffs but related to whatever set. Not like 2 piece, 3 piece and so on. Just a blanket set buff to the enchant.
Sounded like a fun idea and I don't come up with many so I thought I'd throw it out there.
