New PS4 player

As a new PS4 player, I have been fiddling around with the different classes and races. I've settled on 2 characters, one is a dual-wielding Dunmer DK, the other is a dual-wielding Redguard assassin (Stamina based). I took the the Dunmner and DW for DK to take advantage of all the racial skill bonuses and the Redguard has some stamina buffs for racial skills. Are these good for leveling up? Currently, both are under level 10; But my bigger question is are these good fits for later-game content and PvP?
