Skyshard Del's Claim

I've looked and looked , even watched the video on youtube , and when I get to said place there isn't a skyshard just an intermediate chest grrrrrrrrr

Any help guys ?

I know I've not collected it already as been in journal and checked which I need

I think the area it is in was changed. Cause I think you looked beetwen the rocks which is where I looked but I found it somewhere else in dels claim
