Main plus on ESO + is that you can use all DLC. As long there are no DLC this bonus is just worthless.
You can save the crowns you get for later when there is something in store you consider worth buying.
The 10% more XP...well if you are hunting for CP and need every single XP, maybe you like it. If you
play the game and don't rush and skip every line this is just meh.

For me ESO+ is not worth thinking about.

WOO HOO you get to pay for DLC Even then though there is 0 DLC.

In its current state its useless
