There is a large group of players stuck on this quest, XBOX One NA servers, AD. We are in the daedric pyramid and are suppossd to "kill enemies" but none are spawning. This has been true for me for 45 minutes, based on what others were saying when I arrived that would mean it has been bugged for almost an hour and a half.
P.S. Yes I skipped the Prisoner of Jathsogur, awaiting a fix. NA AD has been a tragic decision.
