Just curious if ESO has Game Masters for this MMO. You know..., paid employees who can help customers out in-game. My Loyalty Rewards did not transfer from PC to Xbox One, like the Striped Senche mount. Pretty bummed about this. I've been exchanging emails with customer support for a week now and they just keep pawning me off to other support reps. After the 5th one, I decided to just post this question on the forums. Can anyone at Zenimax actually restore or add lost items for their customers or is this just a lost cause even asking?
