About getting Soul Magic to Level 6

So I have found some threads of users looking for this answer. So I wanna explain that Soul Magic only raises through the Main Quest of the game. Some of you are wondering why you don't have a main quest active and that is because you only earn a main quest every 5 Levels. So there's 10 Main Quest separated with a whole bunch of filler quests then when you get to the quest: The Hollow City it will start your way to getting back to the main storyline. The Hollow City will then follow with the quest The Army of Meridia which has two long quests built into one quests then about five or six filler quests after that, then finally after you fight Molag Bal, you will then receive the Soul Magic level of 6 which allows you to use the ultimate ability.
