Hey guys, I'm back to ESO yet again, lol. This was all recorded over the course of about 8 days using a new build that I am still trying to perfect. I know I probably could of done a little better during some of these fights but overall I think people will enjoy this, especially my fellow templars

You seem ti be fighting scrubs a lot of the time with a lot not even vr14. If I can see a video against some tribunes and the like... Would be nice .

I dont understand why you waste time with a 6k blazing shield. Ive seen it go down from full to 0 a lot of times. With the bleed effect hitting you hard. No mitigation on whats left. No point in wearing heavy then.

Interesting combo going destro and 2 handed. Crit rush is nice even without stamina specced. You could go dual wield and push out another set piece. Torugs pact dual wield is always nice. But... With the toppling charge being what it is (about as useful as a piece of toilet paper when you are swimming in *** creek) I suppose having a decent gap closer comes in handy.

It is an interesting build for taking down glass cannons. But with nirned giving almost everyone 50% spell resist I don't think this is gonna hold up. Unless you are hiding 3k spell dmg in your stats. But with the amount of sustain I saw Im thinking you are investing heavily in magicka regen and reduction of spell cost. So buffed your spell dmg is gonna be 2.2k ish?

Still. Eventhough templars are underdogs in pvp my main is also a templar and also a heavy armor magicka build. So Im familiar with the problems and the limitations. Love the fact that you made a heavy armor magicka build. I hope you can bring a video of you smashing high rank pvpers and prove me wrong (really I do)

Don't underestimate blazing shield. Many people have moved away from it with the nerf, but it is still a great skill. On my stamina build I use it as my primary magicka dump. The chance of a burning light proc is almost the best part. If your shield pops while you are jabbing someone it can create an chance for good burst. I haven't used it in a while, but radial sweep can also aid in this regard. With sweep+jabs+blazing shield you have 3 sources of burning light procs (4 if you use the spear charge to start the combo). This can surprise an opponent with a form of burst most players are not used to countering.

Well...to be fair, how many other templar videos have you seen with somebody using a similar build to mine only 1vXing rank 29's and up? Fighting newer or lower rank players is like the definition of 1vX imo.

Nice video, I run a templar heavy armor magicka build too. I just started messing around with a destro staff and destructive clench and I'm really enjoying it. I would love to get my hands on some elf bane set.

Yeah. exactly this reason. And also I can utilize all of the 2 handed passives also. I know dual wield gives a lil bit more spell damage but I can sustain stamina much better with a 2 hander without having to have a stam regen skill on my bar or use drinks.

When looking through the passives, the stamina regen seems to be the main difference for a magicka build, opposed to the damage increase on cc'ed targets for dual wield.
I suppose with 2.1 dual wield would be the better choice if they actually make your templar charge more responsive. You won't need the stamina regen anyway if you don't use the stamina charge anymore and you'll get extra damage on sweep when you cast it right after stunning someone with charge, on top of that you get higher spell damage.
