How do I start the Simply Misplaced quest in the mages guild? I'm on Xbox one EU server , how do I start it? Oh and am I able to use magic with my hands?

LeWizardManSoul ShrivenI have already learned how to equip magic with my hands , but I still can't start Simply Misplaced , it's a mages guild quest , I tried talking to the girl but she still says she is gonna start translating the spell tomes!0

✭Try:
1. porting to another zone and back.
2. doing another quest then returning.
3. waiting a little while longer and return.
the tome quests require you to wait for her to read the tomes. you need to go do something else for a moment and then return and the quest should que up.
