can one faction visit lands of another faction ?

✭After you finish the main story, you are sent to the other factions' territories to do those quests in a sort of alternate reality scenario. However, the versions of those zones you visit will be a different instance than what the "true" members of that faction see, so you won't be able to play alongside any members of opposing factions.1
