STUCK IN FORT BLOODMAYNE POOL

So there is a small pond outside Fort Bloodmayne, and my character is stuck in it. He can't move, attack or even draw his weapon. I can spin in one place, but can't walk. I've tried logging out and back in, but that didn't work, and I can't fast travel to a wayshrine in an Alliance War area. Can anyone please help? I am on PS4

JJBaboon✭✭In the options menu there is a help section and you can use the "help I'm stuck" (I think that's what it's called) option to get unstuck. It should teleport you to a nearby wayshrine, although I have used it in Cyrodiil so it may take you out of the pvp zone.0
