Before I move on to the next area of the game, I always go for the master explorer achievements, I enjoy the exploration and the little bits of lore I discover along the way.
I find a ruin..... enter said ruin.... and am presented with a load screen. Said load screen displays interesting information about the ruin I have entered and a bit about its history...... thing is.... I never get to read this information because despite being literate and having a more than capable reading skill, I get two or three words into the piece of text, and it decides to change to a piece of useless help information of which I learnt at the start of the game, and they rotates through said help tips until the ruin loads....... WHAT GIVES?!?
The load screens are long enough surely to allow the lore information to stay up for at least 10 seconds so I am able to read the text and then display the useless help tips -.-
This does need changing lol. Irritating.

I almost posted this same topic the other day, but thought I would just get trolled/flamed into Oblivion.
This drives me CrAzY!!!
I like to read about where I am entering...NOT the same "tooltip" I have read while entering the last 300 areas I have visited.

Exactly lol. 2-3 screens of useless tips, but literally 2 seconds of lore.

Pretty much 2 seconds of everything.
Dunno what they did to break it. It isn't like that on PC. Pretty much only 1 screen per load. probably an easy fix if they notice/ can wedge it in the schedule.
Read faster? Funny, I've never had the problem. 3 or 4 seconds for 2-3 lines of text is plenty of time for me. At least it's not as bad as Dragon Age: Inquisition where you're expected to scan full pages of text in the span of about 10 seconds.
I guess I haven't run in to any of that yet. Mine are almost never longer than 4 lines of text so I don't have a problem. I guess I'll need to refresh my Evelyn Wood Courses if I ever intend to get through the later ones.traigusb14_ESO2 wrote: »Read faster? There are a bunch that are 4-5+ lines and unreadable (especially Delve and POI description load screens)
