How to see XP on PS4?

This may seem like a dumb question, but I've been playing on the PS4 for a while now and I can't for the life of me figure out how to tell how many XP I have or how close I am to my next level. AFAICT, an XP number isn't listed on the character sheet. There are a couple of very tiny bars at the botton right hand corner of the screen, one of which may be and XP bar (the other maybe a champion points bar?)--but they're not clearly labeled and there is no way to see actual numbers. All I want is some way to see how many XP I have towards my next level.

Maybe I got spoiled on the Slightly Improved Experience bar add-on for the PC, but surely the console has SOME way of seeing level progress, right?

IT's the blue bar at the very bottom right. No numbers to display unfortunately =/

Also, from what I've seen it only shows up when you either press the options button, or right after quest completion and you can see it move from completing your quest.
