I'm having a issue with the quest Halls of Torment. When I go into the cave you can see where the portal should be but I have no portal to travel through. I've already reset my Xbox multiple times and I've still not been able to finish this quest I'm a level 49 now and this began happening at around level 20. Any thoughts on what I need to do?
