Every time I try to enter juliek, it goes to a black screen and I have to dashboard

I try to enter Cyrodiil. It shows no information on the status of the campaign except that all factions are full. So I queue up, only for it to allow me in immediately. Pleasant surprise. But it takes me to a never ending black screen with the eso main theme playing.
