Level 38 Dungeon Difficulty

Has anyone else noticed a significant difficulty jump once you reach the Level 38 dungeons? As a healer in 5 pieces of Light Armor I can now be 1-shot. And Three-manning these dungeons with level 39s now requires you to actually focus.
