Unable to log into support site - always bad username/password
Hello,
On top of the slow/no customer support on existing tickets, I'm attempting to log into support site and update my support ticket (per forum mod). However, I'm constantly getting a bad username/password. I have reset my password twice now and verified the username is correct, but it's always a bad username/password.
Is the support site not working for anyone else?
