Annoying Nightblade Siphoning Attacks Bug

I have this very annoying bug that kills my Vdsa / pledge viability.
The bug was described here:

When i use siphoning attacks or its morphs my magicka pool decreases until i end up with 25% or less of my magicka pool and have to relog to reset it. I cant relog constantly and i cant participate in vDSA like this. My magicka just diesnt regenerate when it reaches a certain threshold and this limit decreases further over time.
The bug happens most with the siphoning attacks sap essence combo.
Ive been waiting for several patches now and no fix, am i the only one with this bug?
