How Does Group XP Work

So, I haven't used the ring of Mara since the game released on PC and two weeks later my "spouse" quit the game lol. Now with consoles I plan on marrying someone and get the 10% XP bonus from the ring of Mara to grind the vet grind on a new toon. With that, when you are grouped I know you also get a group xp bonus (I think it's an additional 10%, maybe?). Now, let's say we add a third member into the group. Does that group bonus then just get divided by the number of people in the group? Just to clarify on something else, I can stack ESO Plus, Mara and group XP bonus, correct? Thanks for any help.

i am wondering same thing, plus say lvl 15 character killing lvl 10 mob and lvl 5 jumps and does 1% damage to it, does lvl 5 and lvl 15 get all xp for lvl 10 mob or does how much damage determins who gets the claim the mob. Or does lvl 5 have to certain % to get any or all the xp.0
