Please help

I was playing on my character yesterday and the game got stuck on the unusually long load screen so I reset the game and when I logged into my character it was stuck falling in a place called "Clean Test". So I logged out and then tried to log in again and it wont. I have sent in two tickets via email about this and haven't had a reply just wondering if I could get some help with this matter.

There is no support on weekend.
So, you need to wait a while now.

Ah Ok thanks for that. Forgot its still the weekend for them (I'm from Australia and its Monday here). Might just start another character until they get a chance to look at it.

Try opening the map and teleporting to a wayshrine. That used to work sometimes on PC beta.

I fell through the world a lot back then... is there a stuck character command under help someplace?

I thought I saw one in the menus last night while I was looking for something else.. but I could be wrong. Can't log in to check at the moment.

Also, open options and choose "Get me unstuck" usually works.

I cant even log back in to the character to access the help menu/stuck character. It just stays on the character select screen with the loading circle spinning but just keeps loading and wont log in to the character itself. My other character logs in fine but this one wont and the location just says "Clean Test" I got a message back from support so hopefully they can do something.
