Dragonknight PVP Build?

Hey guys I picked up ESO for the One the day it came out and ever since I've been looking for a good build. I really want something that could work for PVP and PVE that will be very effective and enjoyable. I'm looking to go for emperor as soon as the campaign resets so I need something that's gonna be oriented with pick up AP to climb the leaderboard. I am currently running all heavy armour and duel wield. I used Blood Craze, Whirlwind, Talons, Green Dragon, and Standard as my Ultimate and haven't even started in my second bar. I realized it might be OK for PVE, but that's not gonna get me anywhere near the crown. I'm looking for things such as:
1. An AP grinder (Preferably restoration as a main hand so I can climb the leader boards
2. A good skill line that's gonna get as much health up as I can for anyone in the guild that's helping seige
3. A good mix of attributes for my PVP and PVE differences
That's just for PVP so I can work my way up to emperor so I can get the skill line and achievement. Also I should mention I'm an imperial. Anyways that's just for PVP so I can maintain my title as long as possible
Next I would like a fun, Heavy Armour, DW set up for PVP that's mainly based around DPS and armour. Note I really prefer DW but really anything that's gonna help my PVP in the end I will gladly work with. I also realize I may need to balance my attributes to keep my PVP build strong. But hey I am open to completely new ideas anyone has. As long as I'll be able to enjoy it and succeed in Cyrodiil I'm happy! Thanks!

Here is a build that has done all that and more i am sure,
I have faced this build in PVP with NB, Sorc and my DK.
It normally takes 6+ people to tie this guy down and kill him,
So check it out, he is also a good player, build is not everything,

Hey are you sure this is an AP grinder? When the campaign resets, I wanna be able to immidently travel in a group or guild to start seiging and I heard restoration is probably the best choice due to the crazy jackpots of AP you get from healing. This seems more of a tank and while he does seem like a strong build for PVP and PVE after I become Emperor, I'd like to begin training a good build for the seige.0
