In game mail saying error there is no player with that name, when that person is a player, Is anyone else having this problem?

    It was working the other day until the server went down yesterday on all the systems.

    Only works for me about 10% of the time. I found that the longer I've been logged in the better odds I have, but I have no way to test that.

    Player name or character name? Try the name with an @ in front of it ...

    it seems like some days it works flawlessly and other days it doesn't at all its definitely weird
