Capturing The Talisman quest glitched

Ranique✭✭✭✭I think you are talking bout "mastering the Talisman". This quest has Gabrielle as a quest starter. she is also the reward giver for the previous quest "taking the fight to the enemy". so once you obtained this quest (the talisman) you should not need Gabrielle again.
First I would advice the normal solutions for a situation like this.
1: try /reloadui (or if on the console whatever the command is to get rid of a stuck situation)
2: do something else for atleast 20 minutes and then return. It is the time needed to reset the servers.
3: abandon the quest and look for the questgiver to retake it.

Although the invisable npc issue is partly resolved it is not gone and you might be hitting that one. pls be patient while you wait for a solution.Through me you pass into the city of woe:
