Long loading and frequent disconnects

After a few days my loading screens would last longer and longer. At times even walking around would throw up a loading screen 10+ minutes each time. Sometimes when initatied to a new zone like Greenshade 2+ hours and or time out. I have grinded these loading screens to about level 16. After two factory resets and ESO the only thing on my Xbox One I can't take it anymore. When is this going to be fixed. NA Xbox One.
