Vampire's Drain Essence

Yo, I haven't been playing ESO in the past 3-4 months and now I wonder, was there any change to Drain Essence? Seems like it drains significantly less health and stamina, also, IIRC it used to refill magicka too (probably its morph)?

I know I could read through all the patch notes but that would take me hours and I trust this is the faster way.

I've been a vamp for a very long time and I haven't noticed any decrease. They did make it to where you can break out of it in Cyrodiil if I remember correctly.

Vamp drain uses magic and fills health and stam. One of the morphs also fills ultimate.

Drain Essence would be so much more useful if it could actually be cast on stun-immune targets.

At least provide the damage + healing portion even if the CC cannot apply.

Akavir_Sentinel, aight. It just seems to me that back when I played more actively months ago as a vampire, it simply drained at least twice as more and I even had more health on the same level as I am now. But meh, maybe I'm just stoopid
