Vampire achivement dyes.

Is it worth it to become a vampire just to get the dye, and is it easy to level the vampire skill line to max to get Lamae white?

You are vamp forever if you complete the quest unless you cure vampirism.

If you want a white dye, the two whitest are Lamae white for mastering the vampire line, or Julianos white for mastering one of the trials (can't remember of the top of my head which one).

If you're an achievement hunter or are after the dye, for whatever reason, yes it's worth maxing out the vampire skill line. Vampirism itself is not permanent, you can cure it at any time for a small gold fee. It's actually easier to max the skill line if you're a high level, but if you want it go for it.

I see no problem with becoming a Vampire. Leveling it up, getting the achievement and dye and then dropping it. Its my plan anyway since Ive set out to complete every achievement in the game. Itll atleast give me something to do between Updates and DLCs.

I know you can cure it but I don't like the idea of being a vampire , and making my Khajiit's fur look whiter than snow isn't very appealing to me, but those colors look and sound really good.

What is the fastest way to level the vampire skill line, or will it take me forever to level like the mages guild and fighters guild skill lines?

Also looking to do this for the achievement and the Noxiphiliac Black dye. Maybe white depending on how hard leveling the skill lines is.

Highest level zone before Coldharbor. The one inReaper's March sucks a bit to get to (it's behind a World Boss in the middle of nothing), compared to the one in The Rift (up north, right near the zone exit) and the one in Bangkorai (not far from ... the capital, forget its name). Any of those will work - I had a Bosmer bit in The Rift. When you are done your quest, though, it will dump you at your faction's shrine.

Once you get the bite just do what you do to increase XP. The vampire skill line advances with XP.

Best way to get a bite is join a guild and have a guild mate bite you. You can ask in zone chat for a bite but some people will try to charge you way more gold than is normal.

If you want to get the bite other than from another player I think Reapers March, Bankorai and The Rift are the zones to go through. I don't remember now where the creatures that will infect you spawn though.

@BadLuckCharm i googled up a few maps but one said it has to be a full moon anmd its a certain mob and all this hocus pocus. is it really that hard?

Do Aetherian Archive....Julianos White is even whiter than Lamae's White.

i just want the black, i have 2 or 3 other blacks but the devs artists were quoted as saying the Vampire achievement black is the best one and easiet to get, followed proabbly by Legate black, the hardest to get lol

Oh, you're talking about getting bit in the wild (as opposed to getting bit from a player)...

Some players charge, some give it for free ( i do it for free, but it's not off cool-down for another day and a ½).
Getting bit by a player requires both parties to be at a vampire shrine.
Getting bit by a blood fiend can be... interesting. I've only seen some twice. I've seen werewolves far more often, but then, i did not choose my nickname for nothing: you may have better luck than i did. Ultimately, i got a free bite from a player, which is why i pay it forward.
Once you get bitten, go to a vampire shrine, and start the quest.

I know vampires are undead but I didn't realise they are necromancers too.
