Killed enemies not dropping items

Hi all I seem to not be getting ANY items from enemies. They are all 100% killed by myself so not going to any other players

I'm on xbox one. I've tried restarting and clearing the blu ray files but it hasn't worked.

Has anyone had this or know how to fix it?

I can't keep going on through various quests without picking up items to sell/deconstruct etc

If you kill enemies more than 7(?) levels above or below you, you will not receive XP or loot. Some enemies do not drop loot at all. What level are you, what level are the things you're killing, what zone, and what area on the map? Try to make sure you include basic things like this instead of having a vague question, otherwise people can't really help you out.
