Sky Shard in Stormhaven

I've spent a couple of hours looking for the Sky Shard in Stormhaven that's supposed to be somewhere around the Bonesnap Ruins, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone please point me in the right direction before I loose my mind?

the closest skyshard near bonesnap ruins is at the nightmare crag point of interest.
There is however also a skyshard inside the bonesnap ruins (a public dungeon). Go to the south totem inside and continue west to find it.Through me you pass into the city of woe:
