Long Loads while in Cyrodiil

Any word on what's going on with the extra long loads in Cyrodiil? I have experienced them in both Blackwater and Juliek, and at least 3 of my friends have as well (some more frequently than others) and they can last anywhere from 2-5+ minutes if it doesn't just infinite load. I checked the known issues post and haven't seen anything about this in particular so I was curious if anyone knew anything.
