No Button Remap option on Xbox One?

Seriously, what bright spark at Zenimax thought it's ok to force all Xbox one players to have to stop moving in order to weapon swap? Or do you think we all have 5" long thumbs?
Either change this so crouch/hide is left cursor and weapon swap is right joystick press, or give us an option to remap certain buttons ourselves.
This is not just annoying - it can get you killed. Trying to avoid an AOE, while also trying to weapon swap to buff or heal and you have to stop, often in the AOE?? Who designed this and thought - "yep, that's the way to go..."?
Fix this ZM.
