Workaround for "There is no player with that name" error

So I had two close friends whom I could not send mail to, which was a real inconvience for sending items back and forth. Me and one of those friends did some testing and found that rremoving each other from our Xbox friends list, and 're-adding each other through eso (specifically through the guild roster) and that allowed us to send mail and also appear on the in game friends list. We have successfully applied this fix to our other bugged friends as well so I figured I'd post here and let everyone know.

Neither of them had spaces in their names, and this was on Xbox one (obviously)
