They will NERF Templar soon.

And here is why.

The current ttk in PvP is way too low for an engaging, fun experience. Many people quit the game after stepping into Cyrodiil for their first few hours and getting instagibbed repetitively. Even if they are PvE players. So, in some manner, they will have to lower damage across the board in addition to any skill specific tweaks.

Reducing damage is all by itself a large buff to the Templar class.
