ORIGINS
With the Three Banners War raging across Tamriel, with alliances struck, old prejudices ignored, and all eyes turned to the Ruby Throne, very few bother with the goings-on of the so-called “abominations.” With that opportunity came those who sought to take advantage of the lack of persecution. Enter Invictus Immortalus, a coven of vampires who have done just that. Under the cloak of the Planemeld, now is the perfect time to grow, while mortals have their backs turned.
So successful has been the coven’s campaign, even the timeless feuds between vampires and werewolves have been set aside by many, as werewolves join the coven’s ranks in droves.

The goal is simple. For too long have others kept vampires and werewolves down in the dirt. For too long have Hircine and Molag Bal claimed ownership of their souls. For too long have they been hunted by man and mer alike, too blind in their self-superiority and delusions of righteousness to allow even the gentlest werewolf or the kindliest vampire to draw breath.
That ends now.


COVEN HIERARCHY
At the head of Invictus Immortalus sits the High Council, a group of honored individuals overseeing all aspects of the coven and its interests. The Dark Lord is the father of the coven, and the coven’s goals, his brainchild. At his right hand sits the High Chancellor. He directly oversees all aspects of the coven’s activities and reports directly to the Dark lord.
The Justicar serves as the sword and shield of the coven, and is the judge, jury, and executioner concerning matters within the coven. The Justicar is responsible for the military and protection of the coven.
The Magister is the authority on magickal matters, mastering both the destructive arts and the nuances of healing magic. He handles making magickal advances to fight for and serve the coven.
The Inquisitor is the eyes and ears of the coven, responsible for covert missions and information gathering for use by the coven.
The Alpha is the voice of the Werewolves within the coven. She handles all aspects of werewolf activity, and speaks for the werewolves’ interests within the High Council.


ROLEPLAYING EVENTS
Invictus Immortalus holds scheduled RP events on Thursdays and Sundays at 9pm EST at the Sanguine Hall unless otherwise specified. Players are expected to attend at least one event per week, however we understand that life happens, and so long as you alert the Dark Lord or a member of the High Council, exceptions can be made.
Participation is a large part of our guild, and if you do not participate in guild events or activities, you will be subject to removal.
Aside from the RP events, we also encourage random RP amongst our members. If you are looking to RP, simply ask your guildmates, and chances are someone will be willing to come RP with you.


RP STORY ARCS
For the most part, the guild leadership enjoys formulating storyarcs for the members to enjoy. We tend to incorporate world bosses, dungeons, and other NPCs into our “official” guild stories. We also look to our members for story ideas, and for stories that unfold from RP itself.

We offer a Ventrilo server for our members. Vent chat is not in-character.


Coven Code of Conduct
  1. The Dark Lord is Absolute. Bend to his will or suffer the consequences.
  2. The High Council is Law. Heed their words or suffer the consequences.
  3. The Chancellor speaks with the voice of the Dark Lord. Respect his authority or suffer the consequences.
  4. The Justicar is Order. Trust her judgment or suffer the consequences.
  5. The Magister is Life. Adhere to his knowledge or suffer the consequences.
  6. The Inquisitor is Shadow. Hide when commanded or suffer the consequences.
  7. The Alpha is the Pack. Obey her commands or suffer the consequences.
  8. The Coven is Family. Never betray them or suffer the consequences.


GENERAL GUILD RULES
Listed below are the guild rules in brief. For full guild rules, click here.

Attendance Policy: All members are expected to remain active and participate in guild events on a regular basis. Not participating or attending guild events is grounds for dismissal.
Activity Policy: New members are given thirty days to prove they have something to offer to our RP family. If criteria remain unsatisfied after 30 days, that is grounds for dismissal.
At Will Guild Policy: Everyone is given the opportunity to join us. However, if we find a new member's presence consistently troublesome, that is grounds for dismissal.
Voice Chat Policy: Members are expected to join our vent server for RP events as a minimum. Microphones are optional, we simply ask that members are available to listen.
Language and Content Policy: We expect all members to conduct themselves like decent human beings. Name-calling and consistent troublemaking are grounds for dismissal.
Main Character Policy: We do not allow more than one RP character per member.
Guild Bank Policy: Members are encouraged to give to the guild bank from time to time. If something is needed from the bank, members may ask officers to withdraw the item for them.
Guild Rank Policy: To be eligible for promotion, members are expected to join our website, post a character bio, and be generally friendly and dedicated to their RP.
Guild Officer Policy: Guild Officers are expected to offer consistent help to other members, distribute Guild Bank items, and participate in guild management.

Other tidbits not included in the official guild rules:
-We are an adult guild, however we accept players of younger ages. Be warned that some of the topics within RP are more mature and we expect a certain degree of tact with said topics.
-We accept casual players, PvP players, and Questers, and occasionally partake in activities other than RP as a guild. These are not mandatory, however participation is always a good thing.
-We are a Lore-friendly guild. We expect that players maintain lore-friendly names for RP (If an RP alt must be made, that is fine), and that backstories fit within the Elder Scrolls universe.
-Guild chat is not in-character. We have meetings twice every week (Thursdays and Sundays at 9pm EST) where being in character is required.
-We do not offer bites lightly. If you’re looking to join to get a free bite out of us, please look elsewhere. You are expected to participate in guild activities, events, RP, et cetera and raise in rank and/or prove yourself to guild leadership before you will be considered for a bite.
-We allow characters of all races and classes. A hierarchal system is set up to allow all players a role within our guild.


POPULAR LOCATIONS
Laeloria, Grahtwood
Called the Sanguine Hall, the spires and dilapidated halls of the old Altmer mansion serve as an idea location for the guildhall. Sitting outside an Ayleid ruin swarming with Daedra, it is ideal as a training ground, lodgings for thralls, and also deters mortals from wandering in unwanted.
