Cannot access the content of my ingame Mailbox and other problems

Dear Costumer Support!
This bug, problem haunts me for a while now, and it makes harder and harder to enjoy the game.
The main problem is this. For some reason, at times, i simply cannot access the content of my ingame mailbox.
This bug persist trough relogs, exiting the game, changing character, phasing into a different instance.
I sent many tickets about this, usually all i receive is generic answers, which doesn't help me at all. I tried turning off, deleting all my addons, doing many soft resets, and the bug still persist. I logged out, waited for 5 minutes for an instance change, but the bug still reappears. I really don't know what else i could try. I suspect a desynchronization between my client and the server.
I asked around on forums, asked my friends, googled it, and it seems i am the only one in the whole wide world who has this xD I run the game on Windows 7, fresh download, no alterations.
I recorded the bug, and uploaded the video on youtube. I hope i didn't broke any copyright laws with this, but im kinda desperate to figure out whats wrong with my game, account. Im getting sick and tired of the generic answers, and really... all i want is to enjoy this amazing game, but things like this bring me back to reality

- For example, i log into the game, i see that i have new messages (store sells, hirelings), and when i click on the mail icon, or enter my inbox trough the interface, i see 0 mails in my mailbox list, while on the right side of the frame, i see the content of a random mail that i received earlier.
- This bug has many variations and ways of showing itself. Sometimes i try to delete some messages from my inbox, and all of a sudden... my inbox list just vanishes. I cant see any of my mails after that. And in other ocasions, i just can't delete any of my mails. I click delete a tousand times, and nothing happens.
- Sometimes i click on a mail, claim its content, click on another mail, and the right frame just doesn't refreshes. I try to open a mail i just got, and i cant see its content.
