Bow Single target viability?

I am trying to build a Nightblade stealthy Assassin for PvE and wondering about the viability of using a bow for single target damage..

1, Is it viable? I see that a lot of the Nightblade abilities are geared more to melee combat-especially where stealth is concerned, I just worry that using a bow will negate the usefulness of those skills.

2, Are there any bonuses to stealth damage while using a bow (like surprise attack)?

3, Any tips for what to put on my bar to maximise my stealth-based bow damage for single target?

I usually run the following on my bowDK - Venom Arrow + Snipe + Molten Armaments + Flames of Oblivion (or Camouflaged Hunter) and lastly Green Dragon Blood. This follows my build convention which is: Spammer + Heavy Hitter + Refreshed Buff + Permanent Buff + Regen / Oh *** button.

With 26k stam and 20k health and near 3k weapon damage (about 60% crit chance) I pull around 8-12k depending on how well I'm weaving etc.
